  • As a leader in both large school districts in the US, and federated non-profits, developed macro and micro-level understanding of mid-size and large systems.

  • As an education and non-profit executive, developed and operationalized strategies, utilized a systematic approach to gathering relevant information, and implemented processes to monitor, track and report execution outcomes.

  • As a Principal Consultant focusing on corporate and operations strategy at PwC (formerly PricewaterhouseCoopers) and in multiple functional roles at PepsiCo (formerly the Quaker Oats company), developed a breadth of functional skills.

Maurice is a Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management executive scholar in nonprofit management with a dual master of business administration in strategy and finance from the same institution. He holds a bachelor of science in finance and economics from California State University, Sacramento.

Maurice serves on the board of nonprofit organizations, actively participates in professional organizations, and volunteers for various organizations. Maurice is an avid beginner golfer who enjoys tropical vacations, sporting events, bike rides, and listening to jazz music with his wife and two daughters.
